The fifth micronational Olympics was hosted by the nation of YAN and had nine nations subscribed at first to the competitions, however only 2 nations werer really active on the majority of events, the Kingdom of TwoChairs and the Nation of YAN.
However, the micronational Olympics spirit has survived one more Olympics, as a sign of the new good times that are coming, where people of the world can even start their own nations without suffering repression for their ideals.
The fifth micronational Olympics, on an unbroken link of tradition, perhaps the first common truly successful intermicronational tradition, in hope that many more will come.
The first four micronational Olympics were hosted by the following micronations: started by the republic of Molossia on the year 2000, then carried away by the Kingdom of Torhavn in 2002, then by the kingdoms of Marina and Shireroth in 2004 and by the Moonshine republic in 2006.
So on 2008 the nation of YAN after consulting with previous organisers of this event, achieved the honour of hosting the olympics, where for the first time real medals were given for the winners of the competitions on three categories: bronze, silver, and Gold.

On 2010 the Nation of YAn chose Secundomia to host the Micronational Olympics of 2010 in an effort to join the two MOC's (Micronational Olympics Committees), the original one made by nations that have hosted the Olympics so far, and a recent attempt made by new nations, into one as a sign of selflessness and the true brotherhood that shoud amongst micronational efforts.

Because this is what Micronational organisations shoud be about: true selflessness, and not a bunch of YAMO's bickering with eachother while intentionally trying to sabotage nations that can stand alone by the use of character assassination, forged lies and pure gossip.

We shoud help eachother, and by staying together, by uniting efforts the nation of YAN and Secundomia have shown how it is done, and how to pave the way to true success: no time envying successful nations, and all time on joining forces for a common goal that can benefit all micronations for real.
